Rules

THE RULES OF THE DREAM.

1. Treat your fellow players with kindness and respect. This one is pretty self-explanatory! Be kind to each other, and if you have any problems, take it up with the mods. Be responsible, be polite, and remember that we're all here to torture our characters enjoy ourselves.

2. IC =/= OOC. Please remember, that if a character does something you don't agree with, this doesn't necessarily make the player a bad person. There's a clear divide. We're roleplayers, after all, not our characters.

3. Communicate! Talk amongst each other. The mods will try to make sure there are both open OOC community posts for plotting for everything, as well as plurks so everyone is up-to-date on what's going on. Be sure to talk to each other and hash things out. And if you're unsure of something, or if something is okay or not, just bring it to us. We don't bite!

4. No infomodding/godmodding. This one's pretty self-explanatory. This game runs on only what the characters know, so OOC knowledge absolutely shouldn't be leaking into IC knowledge.

5. Harassment/stalking/etc. of other players will not be tolerated and is a bannable offense. Anyone found to be violating this will immediately be kicked and banned from returning to the game. For everything else, we follow a two strike system. As this is a small-time game, we expect our players to behave themselves. We're mostly laid-back here.

6. Try to be active! This is a small game, so joining and doing nothing will get you kicked pretty quickly! We allow one character, per person, per round. If the mods notice you're not doing very much, we'll approach you to try to pick up activity. You get a two-strike system with this, too; if you can give us a good reason as to why you've been slow and want to backtag, that's fine! Just be sure to hash it out with us and the other players waiting on you what might have happened. Overall, just try to remember that, as this is a small game, you're committing to the entire round, so your consistent activity is important.

7. Have fun! That's the most important part of all this.
